Quelques explications :
Le fichier à télécharger est zippé. Il ne contient pas de virus connu, vous pouvez donc l'ouvrir sans crainte.
Le fichier Excel comprend 3 onglets : Le premier contient l'arbre résultat du calcul, le second contient la liste d'ascendants que vous voulez utiliser pour construire l'arbre, le dernier est utilisé par la macro pour stocker des données de travail (ne pas toucher au troisième onglet).
Pour construire un arbre, il faut renseigner la liste d'ancêtres sur le deuxième onglet, puis lancer la macro Arbre impérativement depuis le premier onglet (en raccourci touches, vous pouvez appuyer sur CTRL-A).
Evidemment, il ne faut pas modifier les noms des onglets, ni l'ordre des colonnes dans le deuxième onglet.
Attention, comme vous le verrez dans l'exemple, la liste d'ancêtres peut contenir des trous, mais les sosas doivent obligatoirement être ordonnés et il ne faut pas indiquer de sosa supérieur à 8191. La macro ne gère pas les sosas au delà actuellement.

Jean-François Campion ontwikkelde een korte Excel macro (GenArbre) waarmee een voorouderboom kan aangemaakt uitgaande van een lijst voorouders (Sosa Nr, Naam/Voornaam, Beroep, Datum).Deze macro is vooral interessant voor mensen zonder stomboomsoftware.
Voorts is deze macro aangewezen voor hen die eenvoudige maar complete vooroudertabellen willen uitprinten.
Toelichting :
Het af te halen bestand is gezipt en bevat geen enkel bekend virus. Je kunt het dus zonder enig risico uitpakken.
Het Excel bestand telt drie tabbladen : op het eerste komt het resultaat, de stamboom; het tweede bevat de lijst met de voorouders die je wil gebruiken in de boom; het laatste is een werkblad waar de macro de gegevens tijdelijk in opslaat (verander dus nooit dit derde tabblad !).
Om de boom aan te maken, moet je de voorouderlijst op het tweede tabblad instellen, en vervolgens moet je vanaf het eerste tabblad de macro starten (de verkorte toetscombinatie is CTRL-A)
Uiteraard mag je de benaming van de tabbladen niet veranderen, evenmin als de volgorde van de kolommen op het tweede tabblad.
Attentie : zoals blijkt uit het voorbeeld, kan de voorouderlijst hiaten vertonen, maar de sosas moeten absoluut in volgorde staan en niet hoger zijn dan 8191. Op dit ogenblik kan de macro nog geen hogere nummers aan.
Deze macro is geheel gratis en zal je best bevallen. Daarom zou het fijn zijn mocht je in dat geval Jean-François, de bereidwillige maker van deze macro, een dankwoordje willen sturen op jfcampio@club-internet.fr.

Jean-François Campion has developed an Excel macro which allows to build an optimized ancestry list (Sosa-Stradonitz number, surname, first name, occupation, dates). This macro is interesting and can especially be useful by persons who don't use a software to maintain their genealogy. It's also interesting for anyone who whishes to print simplified, but full ancestry reports. It's simply a little genealogic tool that can certainly be useful to you.Some explanations :
The file to download is zipped. It's virus free, as far as I know, and you may open it without fear.
The file is made from three sheet : the first contains the tree resulting from the computing, the second contains the ancestry list you wish to use for building the tree, the last is used by the macro to stock work data (don't touch, please).
To build a list, you should give the ancestry list on the second sheet, then launch the "Arbre" macro from the first one (shortcut Ctrl-A).
Of course, please don't modify the names of the sheet, nor the order of the columns in the second sheet !
Be careful. As you will see in the example, the ancestry list may include gaps, but the Sosa-Stradonitz numbers must be ordered and may not include numbers greater than 8 191. The macro doesn't presently manage numbers beyond that limit.
